Card has already been used by someone else when I bought it and when I make a ticket he says NOTRef. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yet you don't do anything about it.

Every SINGLE TIME I load this forum up, so many users have the same problem.

You need to get a new Admin team too, far too many incompetent people working behind the scene who tarnish your reputation.

Lately, refund support panel was undergoing maintenance and support response was slow.. If still your ticket is not replied, post your ticket ID here.

Sometimes, Shop#2 go under maintenance, whenever this happens we disable it until the maintenance is over.
