Q1: why does my dump always decline when I try swiping at stores?. I have tried almost every solution but still cant get it to work

Q2: when I try formatting my chip on jcopenglish it doesn't seem to do anything and when i try burning the chip on x2 software i go on card peek to check and still doesn't work

Cause dumps are burnt and don’t work anymore once 101’s disappeared and everything became chipped buy online pick up in store is the way to be now my dude

If you want to do in store or in person carding check out the mobile wallet scene like nfc Apple Pay samsung pay etc. now smsung pay is way better cause of the technology but you’ll figure that out I hope!
